Mantis provides a business management platform that includes customer relationship management, transaction tracking, compliance assistance, and tools to help Nigerian businesses access global markets. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Refunds
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, and we will charge tax when required to do so.
8. Service Availability and Support
Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

Support is provided via email and WhatsApp during Nigerian business hours. Premium support options may be available for additional fees.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with 30 days' notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
